TJ's Korean Restaurant began with my sister's dream to bring genuine Korean comfort food to our Christchurch community. She poured her heart into every dish, creating a beloved spot for locals. As she retired, she entrusted this legacy to me, ensuring the same delicious food, time-honoured traditions, and family spirit would continue. Inspired by her recipes and the joy she found in bringing people together, I'm dedicated to keeping her journey alive, serving honest, home-style Korean dishes made with care.
